Where can the orders be shipped to?
At present, we regret to inform you that we are only able to offer shipping services within the United States, with the exception of several areas. Due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and the United States Minor Outlying Islands.
Moreover, we are not yet equipped to extend our services to countries outside of the United States. We understand that this may cause inconvenience to some of our customers and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment this may cause.
However, please rest assured that we are constantly working towards expanding our logistics capabilities. When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Typically, we process orders within 1-2 business days.
Please note that our order cutoff time is 17:00 (CST) from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 17:00 (CST) on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.
In the event that an item fails to ship more than 10 business days after your order, barring any special circumstances such as pre-sale items, we encourage you to get in touch with us. Please send an email to help@rpwfedrop.com, and we will facilitate a refund or reshipment for you, along with a $5 coupon as a token of our apology for the inconvenience.
Product Shipping Time
Package shipping generally takes 2-5 business days.
Note: Shipping time is calculated from the moment the goods are shipped.
If you have not received your product for more than 60 natural days after we process your order, please contact us by sending an email to help@rpwfedrop.com and we will provide you with a refund or reship and reimburse you with a $3 coupon.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
The postage rates are as follows:
DHL Express: Free shipping for orders over $59.99(inclusive). Postage is $4.9 for less than $59.99.
Track Order
Please contact customer service for order information after shipment, if you have created a login account with us, you can track your order by logging directly into your account and accessing the order status page.
Once you have received your approval, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email (up to 48 hours) and a link and track your shipment.
